Return Policy:
You will be responsible for all shipping costs. If you are unhappy with your purchase, you may return all purchased items in new and unused condition within 30 days of purchase, for full purchase price. All returned goods must be in new re-sellable condition and in the original packaging.

Please properly package and insure the item so a claim can be filed with the carrier if damage occurs during return shipping. Claims can not be made on items not properly and securely packaged. Goods are to be returned, freight prepaid, along with a copy of your invoice and reason for return. The 30 day timeframe begins when you receive your order. Returns must be postmarked or shipped back to us no later than the 30th day from the date of receipt.

If the product you purchased is damaged, defective or items are missing, you should contact The Pug and Pony for the proper method in handling the exchange/return.

Shipping:
Shipping charges are calculated prior to completing your order based on your location and weight of the item(s). Upon approval of payment, most orders will ship within 3 business days. Please note that refused deliveries may be charged a re-delivery charge.

International Customers:
Orders and Delivery outside of the United States and Canada are not handled online. To guarantee prompt delivery and proper shipping, you should place your order by contacting us via email or telephone.
